TERMS OF SERVICE (AGB)
1) Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.

2) Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The product presentation in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.3 The contract is concluded when we accept your order via email confirmation or when the goods are dispatched.
3) Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT (if applicable).
3.2 Additional shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
3.3 Payment is processed via:
- Stripe
- PayPal
The payment providers’ terms and conditions apply.
4) Production and Delivery
4.1 All aurulu products are made to order (print-on-demand production).
4.2 Production time is typically 2–5 business days.
4.3 Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- EU: 4–8 business days
- Worldwide: 5–20 business days
Delivery times are non-binding estimates.
4.4 If items in one order are produced at different locations, they may be shipped separately.
5) Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
However, according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are:
- Not prefabricated
- Produced individually
- Clearly tailored to personal needs
Since aurulu products are made to order, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the item is individually customized.

6) Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7) Warranty and Liability
7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2 If goods are defective, customers are entitled to:
- Repair (replacement)
- Refund, if repair fails
7.3 We are fully liable for:
- Intentional misconduct
- Gross negligence
- Injury to life, body, or health
7.4 In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
8) Shipping Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage:
- Please report such defects immediately to the carrier.
- Contact us without delay.
Failure to report does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
9) Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, text, and content on this website are the property of aurulu / AUREN.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
10) Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Essen, Germany.
12) Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
